Automatically save PDF batches
Use student names in PDF filenames. Skip existing names. PNG files still ask for confirmation.Repair existing QR codes from PDF files
For a known student, replace a QR only when the new image scans successfully and its content matches the existing readable code, or the existing code cannot be decoded. Keep original PDFs as backup.

Saved repair history

Runs and repaired student names are stored securely in Supabase, including after you close the browser.

Printing

1. Select students.

2. On the Windows PC at Purcellville, choose Print labels on this computer.

3. In Chrome's print dialog, choose the USB-connected Brother QL-800, DK-1221 label size and 100% scale.

Label stock: DK-1221, 23 × 23 mm (0.9″ square). Test real QR scanning before printing batches.
